Flat-hunting.
The flat we looked at this morning was perfect, except that the second bedroom was absolutely tiny, so we’re going to keep looking. Flat-hunting is such a tiring business! I’m going to spend the rest of the day writing an essay about the rise of Christianity and listening to Micah P. Hinson’s latest offering.
Merrry Christmas!

Yesterday a few friends and I had an absolutely wonderful “Christmas Day.” Everyone looked beautiful and the meal came together perfectly, with a little help from Delia Smith, of course. In other news, I’ve got a flat viewing booked for Wednesday. Hurrah!
Moving On.

Last week I made the exciting decision that it’s time for me to move on and look for somewhere else to live, and the above photo is of my favourite place so far. Doesn’t it look so lovely and light? I didn’t realise how unhappy my current living situation was making me until I talked it all through for hours and hours with my Mum, when she came up to visit me. It’s funny how easily you can hide these things from yourself. To cut a long story short, I’m now looking for somewhere small and cosy to live, with perhaps one or two other people. I can’t wait.
