oh what a lovely war
Gosh, today is the 90th anniversary of Armistice. Having studied war literature in English this year, today’s date means perhaps more to me than it has done before. Tonight I am going to see Oh What A Lovely War performed, but I’m not entirely sure what to expect. I’ve read a little of the text, and seen a few minutes of the film version, but that’s about it. We’ll see.
hamlet
We went to see Hamlet played by David Tennant – brilliant. I had such a lovely day, thanks all. :)
